Next time you feel stuck or resistant, pause for a moment.
Instead of asking:
“Why can’t I just do this?”
Try asking:
👉 “What feels unsure or not ready right now?”
Notice what comes up — even if it’s vague.
You don’t need to act on it.
Just acknowledge it.
Repeat this a few times over the next few days.
